我们教会有不少弟兄姐妹退休，开始进入夕阳红晚年。教会每年也有很多从国内来美探访子女或帮助照顾第三代的老人家。教会现有“阳光团契”，以退休的弟兄姐妹为主，每月第二个星期四上午九点半至十一点半，分别在教会实体聚会或通过Zoom线上聚会。大家一起读经、祷告、唱诗、聚会，让主更丰富我们的退休生活，绿色常青, 为主发光。每月还有不定期的老人聚餐聚会，与国内来探访的老人聚集于异国他乡。我们诚挚邀请社区的退休人员和长者一起共聚。
Many brothers and sisters in our church have retired and have begun their “sunset” years. Every year, the church also has many elderly parents who come to the United States to visit their children or help taking care of the third generation. The church has a “sunshine fellowship”, which is mainly for retired brothers and sisters. From 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the second Thursday of every month, they gather in the church or online through Zoom. Let’s read the scriptures, pray, sing praises and party together, so that the Lord can enrich our retirement life. let the Lord shine on us so that we can shine on others. Once a month, there is also a potluck especially for the elderly parents who come from overseas and are here visiting their children. We sincerely invite all community retirees to join us for a time of fellowship.
