高明 Lukas Gao | 主任牧师 Senior Pastor
高明牧师在读医学院(Medical School, Tongji University, Shanghai, China) 时蒙召，毕业从医十余年后蒙主带领放下医生工作接受神学装备。于新加坡神学院（Singapore Bible College, Singapore）获得道学硕士 （Master of Divinity）和神学硕士（主修新约）（Master of Theology, New Testament）。之后到美国三一国际大学/三一福音神学院(Trinity International University/Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL, USA)继续深造，取得辅导学神学硕士（Master of Theology, Biblical Counseling）和哲学博士（主修新约）（Doctor of Philosophy, New Testament）。曾在中国，新加坡，美国牧会和神学教育多年。高明牧师有多年的牧会经历，他曾在中国大陆的家庭教会，新加坡华人教会，Chicago地区的华人教会等牧会。他对主的忠心，深入浅出的释经讲道，善解人意的辅导，谦卑的性格，给弟兄姐妹留下了深刻的印象。
静瑶师母与高牧师同时于新加坡神学院接受装备，获得道学硕士（Master of Divinity）, 并在美国三一国际大学选修高等教育博士课程; 目前在OCCC教会参与姐妹事工。
Pastor Gao Ming was called when he was studying at Medical School of Tongji University, Shanghai, China. After more than ten years of practicing medicine after graduation, he was led by the Lord to transition to receive theological training. Pastor Gao obtained a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology from Singapore Bible College, majoring in New Testament. Thereafter, he went to Trinity International University/Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL to continue to study and recieved a Master of Theology, Biblical Counseling and a Doctor of Philosophy, majoring in New Testament. He has been a pastor and a theological educator in China, Singapore, and the United States for many years. Pastor Gao has many years of pastoral experience. He has pastored in house churches in mainland China and the Chinese churches in Singapore and Chicago. His loyalty to the Lord, profound interpretation of the scriptures, understanding counseling, and humble character have left a deep impression on the people he has pastored and served. Pastor Gao’’s wife, Jingyao also received theological training from the Singapore Seminary at the same time, received a Master of Divinity, and studied in a doctoral program in higher education at Trinity International University in the United States. At present, she serves in the Women’s Ministry at OCCC.
Scott Manley | 青少年牧师 Youth Pastor
Pastor Scott Manley 现任OCCC教会的青少年牧师。他在 Oregon 州的 Multnimah university 获圣经学学位之后，在 Olympia 从事牧会达30年之久。他在 Olympia的 Hope 教会任助理牧师9年，任Westwood教会青少年牧师7年，任 Flood The Sound Fellowship教会主任牧师8年。 2018年Pastor/Nancy夫妇蒙呼召进入OCCC教会，分别成为OCCC教会的青少年牧师和儿童主日学老师。Pastor Scott来到OCCC教会后，风趣地说，“I like Chinese food!”
Pastor Scott Manley is currently the young pastor of OCCC. After receiving a degree in Bible studies from Multnimah University in Oregon, he served as a pastor in Olympia for 30 years. He worked as an assistant pastor at Hope Church in Olympia for 9 years, as a youth pastor at Westwood Church for 7 years, and as the head pastor of Flood The Sound Fellowship Church for 8 years. In 2018, Pastor Manley and his wife Nancy were called to serve at OCCC and became the youth pastor and children’s Sunday school teacher of OCCC respectively. After Pastor Scott came to OCCC, he said humorously, “I like Chinese food!”
Nancy Manley | 儿童主日学老师 Sunday School Teacher
Nancy Manley 毕业于夏威夷 International Bible College, 获基督教教育学学位；2011年获华州教师证书，在Tumwater School District任教。Nancy 自2018年与丈夫Scott一起进入OCCC，事奉儿童主日学，深受孩子们的爱戴：“We love Nancy!”
Nancy Manley graduated from International Bible College in Hawaii with a degree in Christian education; in 2011, she received a teacher’s certificate of the state of Washington and has been teaching in Tumwater School District. Nancy joined OCCC with her husband Scott in 2018, and has been serving children’s Sunday school, and is deeply loved by children: “We love Nancy!”
